It’s 2025 can we final get past trying to lose fat and get fit as fast as possible… Who am I kidding it’s human nature… I guess you could do it all at once and then burn yourself out and then judge yourself relentlessly because you can’t keep doing it all perfectly all of the time OR… hear me out, you could do it at a bit of a slower pace, but not much slower, in a way that feels consistent and stable for you where you don’t overwhelm yourself You will have to have to get over the conditioning by the fitness industry that tells you that you’re lazy or terrible if you’re not perfect and on track all of the time… But once you’ve worked through that you’ll be way more consistent, happier and just enjoying life all whilst getting closer to your fat loss goals Just and idea 🤷♂️ hit the follow button for someone that takes fat loss in common sense and smooshes them together
